Common questions

Will this kit fit my vehicle?
Every order is confirmed against your exact make, model and year before dispatch — you receive the fitment confirmation in writing, and we check it again against your VIN. If it does not fit, it does not ship.
How long does fitting take?
A workshop typically fits a full kit in two to three hours with hand tools. No cutting, no welding, no drilling — a spring compressor is needed for the front.
How does shipping work?
Suspension ships as palletised heavy freight. Your quote states the real cost to your port and the real transit time — not an estimate that changes after you pay. Lighting and accessories ship by courier.
What does the warranty cover?
12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, with free part replacement on manufacturing defects and a claim response within 48 hours.
Why the remote reservoir?
It moves the nitrogen chamber out of the shock body, which makes room for more oil. The extra volume keeps damping consistent when the shock works hard for hours — long corrugations, competition pace, heavy touring loads.
