Refund policy

Full refunds are available at any time before your order leaves our warehouse. Once international shipment has begun, returns can no longer be accepted, so please double-check your vehicle model, specifications and shipping address before confirming your order.

Fitment guarantee

Not 100% sure a kit fits your exact vehicle? Send us your make, model, year and configuration before ordering. We confirm compatibility in writing first, so the right parts arrive the first time.

TopTiger's responsibility

For issues found on arrival, before installation, we ship a free replacement with shipping included and no need to return the original:

• Wrong item packed in the box
• Incorrect item sent against your order
• Item damaged in transit
• Item found defective on arrival, before installation
• Missing hardware or minor defects: we send the missing or affected parts, or agree fair compensation

Customer's responsibility

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Ordering the wrong item for your vehicle
• Order errors such as a wrong address or wrong vehicle details
• Change of mind after shipment

After installation

Once a part has been installed and in service, issues are handled under our 12-month / 20,000 km warranty. The replacement part is free, with freight at the customer's expense. See our Warranty page for full details.

Import fees

The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are not refundable by TopTiger.
