1. Who we are

This website is operated by Toptiger4x4 ("TopTiger", "we", "us"), a manufacturer of nitrogen gas suspension lift kits and 4x4 accessories based in Foshan, China. By using this site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and orders

Most products on this site are sold by quotation. A quote request is not an order. A binding order exists only when we have confirmed the products, quantities, price, freight and payment terms in writing and you have accepted them. Prices shown on the site, where shown, are in US dollars and exclude freight, import duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Fitment confirmation

Suspension kits are vehicle-specific. We confirm fitment in writing for the make, model, year and configuration you give us before dispatch. You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle details you provide. Modifications to the vehicle, non-standard loads and aftermarket parts can affect fitment and performance and must be disclosed before ordering.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quotation. Production or dispatch begins after the agreed payment has been received. We accept the payment methods stated on the quotation only.

5. Shipping, risk and title

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier, and title passes when payment has been received in full. You are responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the order leaves our warehouse. After international shipment has begun, returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by our 12-month / 20,000 km warranty as described on the Warranty page. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear, damage from incorrect installation, use beyond the vehicle's rated load, competition use, or modification of the product. Replacement parts under warranty are supplied free of charge with freight at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

8. Installation and use

Suspension components must be installed by a qualified technician following the supplied instructions and the vehicle manufacturer's torque specifications. Raising a vehicle changes its handling characteristics. It is your responsibility to ensure the modified vehicle complies with the laws and regulations of the country in which it is used.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or from the use of this site is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, vehicle downtime or the cost of installation and removal.

10. Dealers and resellers

Dealer pricing, territory arrangements and custom or OEM orders are governed by the separate written agreement between TopTiger and the dealer. Where these terms and a dealer agreement conflict, the dealer agreement prevails.

11. Intellectual property

The TopTiger name, logo, product designs, photographs, catalogues and website content are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them without our written permission, except for the purpose of reselling our products as an authorised dealer.

12. Privacy

Personal information you give us is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be settled by negotiation will be submitted to the courts of Foshan, Guangdong.
