Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide, direct from our facility in Foshan, China. Not sure about your destination? Contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability for your location.

Shipping costs

Suspension ships as heavy freight. Shipping is not included in product prices and varies by destination, weight and method. Every quote states the actual cost to your port and the actual transit time.

Using a freight forwarder in China usually gives better rates and lets you consolidate multiple orders into one shipment. If you do not have one, ask us and we can point you in the right direction.

Processing and delivery times

• In-stock orders: ship within 5 business days. If anything causes a delay we notify you immediately.
• Custom and bulk orders: 30 to 50 days production time. We send progress updates until the order ships.
• Sea freight: the economical choice for larger orders. Longer transit, lower cost per kilogram.
• Air freight: for time-sensitive orders. Higher cost, much shorter transit.

Tracking

Once your order ships we send a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress via 17TRACK at any time.

Import duties and taxes

The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices. Check with your local customs office if you are unsure what to expect.
